Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our families. A lot of people follow me on my Instagram account @annephung. I post my daily life, my highs, lows and everything in between. I immigrated to America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. of age. I'm sure I would not be here sharing my life for you were it not because my parents are devoted to perseverance and sacrifice. As I knew I could achieve a better future and I wanted to be successful and do my parents happy. My goal was for me to attend university, find a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase the house. The dream life I had envisioned for myself was not the way it turned out to be. The money and the status of my position did not make me happy. I believed that I wasted my entire life to earn an income. In my search for this new career path and discovered I was passionate about doing fitness. Also, I enjoyed getting out and about as well as helping others. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. There are few Asian women who work in the business. It is my goal to be a change maker within the business to offer quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier by designing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. When my work was waning off, I experienced the greatest loss of my entire lifeand that was the loss of my Mom. Her battle for 8 years with scleroderma has come to an end and she lies in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and brain. While you might not see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in providing us with what we truly require. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I believe my Mom gave me another chance at life through her passing. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also for me to get my second chance to live the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. It's been a while since I've had a that I truly feel like that I'm alive. I share my life to you with the hope that you'll find something to resonate by my experiences and words in order to let you know that you're not the only one, for you to know that you are beyond capable of anything you set your heart to. exists and that therapy is common and required that wellness is the most valuable type of wealth. I wish you to live your life to the fullest and live your life without regrets because it is death that is all that we are promised at the end of our journey.
