Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes from Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s, Barone made an appearance on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone when she left the show because she wanted to appear as a character in a larger role, took her place. She had a role on The Jeff Foxworthy Show from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home between 2005 and 2007. Barone costarred as a co-star in Daddio (2000). Barone was also seen in Desperate housewives as well as Curb Your Enthusiasm, Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately housewives. Barone was awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in the year 2004 for her performance in the movie One Last Ride. Three years later, following the time that The War at Home ended it's running time, Barone began her recurring role on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones as the ex-husband of Barone's character for two seasons.
